摘要

作为出版领域最杰出的职业从业者,韬奋出版奖获得者具有典型的职业共同体的特质.在职业共同体建构过程中,韬奋出版奖获得者形成了个人身份认同和社会身份认同的统一体.本文尝试运用职业共同体理论,采用内容分析法,依托CiteSpace因子分析,探析韬奋出版奖获奖者职业共同体的特性和身份认同感倾向,梳理出职业共同体品格的五种类型和六类认同感倾向,并发现职业共同体和认同感倾向之间具有一定的重合性特质.

Abstract

As distinguished professionals in the publishing field,recipients of the Taofen Publishing Award exhibit typical characteristics of a professional community.In the construction of this community,winners of the Taofen Publishing Award have developed a unified identity,integrating personal and social identities.This paper applies the theory of professional communities and uses content analysis based on CiteSpace factor analysis to explore the characteristics and identity tendencies of the Taofen Publishing Award recipientsprofessional community.It categorizes the community character into five types and six categories of identity tendencies,revealing a certain overlap between the community traits and identity tendencies.
