摘要
优秀的编辑是作者与读者之间的桥梁,只有编辑与作者之间建立起信任和谐的良好关系,才能实现"一切为了读者"的共同目标.现实中,编辑与作者交流中会产生各种矛盾,究其原因,主要在于双方衡量的视角不同,相互缺乏信任.面对这样的困局,编辑应主动寻求与作者建立良好的伙伴关系,形成和而不同的共生关系.
Abstract
Excellent editors are the bridge between authors and readers.Only by establishing a good relationship of trust and harmony between editors and authors can we achieve the common goal of"everything for readers".In reality,various conflicts may arise between editors and authors in communication,mainly due to different perspectives of measurement and a lack of trust between them.Faced with such a dilemma,editors should actively seek to establish a good partnership with authors and form a symbiotic relationship of harmony and diversity.
