Preparation of Nanosilver-doped Junction Cooling Gel and Its Performance Study
Nanosilver is an ultramicro particle composed of silver atoms or ions, which has excellent antibacterial ability.Gellan gum is a polysaccharide substance with good water solubility, capable of forming gels upon heating and cooling. In this study, gellan gums doped with 0.2mL,0.4mL,0.6mL,and 1.0mL of nanosilver were prepared to evaluate their molding. The results showed that the molding effect of the junction-cooled gels and their own properties gradually decreased with the increase of nanosilver doping.Based on the molding situation of the jellied cold adhesive, the jellied cold adhesive doped with 0.6mL of nanosilver was selected for the performance test study, and the release of silver particles on different relative absorbent papers was detected using SEM-EDS.The results show that the silver particles can successfully enter and be dispersed within the gel,the internal composition of the test paper have a certain proportion of silver elements, and there are silver particles attached to the paper;the size of the relative absorbency of the paper is positively correlated with the content of silver elements within the paper,i.e.,the larger the relative absorbency of the paper, the greater the content of the silver particles released onto the paper. This paper provides relevant practical references for the study of multifunctional materials, the enhancement of antimicrobial properties of knotted cold glue and its application in various fields.
