RESEARCH SITUATION AND PROGRESS OF DAMPING MATERIALS
The basic concept and basic principles of damping material were described, the development of damping materials in three stages was recalled, a brief introduction of the general classification and testing methods of the damping materials was made. The detailed commentary and analysis was carried out, which on research situation and progress of viscoelastic damping materials, composite damping materials and smart damping material.
