摘要
青少年近视防控用微透镜结构镜片产品种类繁多,但目前还没有产品专有的质量检测标准.基于此,以某企业微透镜结构镜片检测相关流程,分析微透镜结构镜片的外观、抗冲击性能、膜层牢固度、膜层耐磨性、热稳定性、紫外线老化、光透射比、磨边机测试等项目的质量检测情况,探讨普遍采用的微透镜结构镜片质量检测标准.旨在为行业出台相关标准及市场监管提供可靠的依据,同时督促生产厂家提高微透镜结构镜片产品的质量.
Abstract
Microlens structure lenses for prevention and control of myopia in children and adolescents have many kinds of products,but there is no standard for quality inspection of these lenses.Based on some enterprise microlens structure lens detection related process.the detection methods of lens appearance,impact resistance,film fastness,film wear resistance,thermal stability,UV aging,light transmittance analysis,edge grinder testing and other items were studied,and the common quality inspection standards of microlens structure lenses were discussed.The purpose was to urge manufacturers to improve the quality inspection of microlens structure lenses,and to provide reliable basis for the industry to issue relevant standards and market supervision.
