Student management practices based on innovative educational concepts can foster students'innovative awareness and thinking.by stimulating students'vitality and enthusiasm,providing opportunities for independent learning and exploration,creating an innovative learning environment,and encouraging problem-solving,teamwork,and self-directed learning strategies.By the example of Eye Optometry Technology major student management at Yongzhou Vocational and Technical College,innovative educational concepts were incorporated into student management processes,which can help to unearth students'potential,cultivate their self-directed learning ability,teamwork spirit,and problem-solving skills.These concepts enhanced the effectiveness and quality of student management,and laid a foundation for students'holistic development and future achievements.
