The tempering process parameters of the tempered opal glassware were recombined by the practical application of the quality statistical techniques.The new optimized combinative process parameters not only raised the mechanical shock resistance on rim,also reduced the natural gas energy consumption per unit product.The improvement project supported the daily actions concerned with product quality continuous improvement and energy savings,meantime,it can be as the valuable reference to other domestic glassware manufactures.
