Large flat enamel has many advantages as a new type of architectural decorative material,but its manufacturing requirements are high.The hanging-fired method,production process,and enamel layer thickness of large flat enamel may all lead to product deformation.The influence of material properties,production processes,and thermal expansion coefficient of enamel glaze on product deformation during the production process of large flat enamelwere investigated.The study shows that there are many factors that cause product deformation,which need to be comprehensively considered during the production process.In order to reduce the deformation of large plate enamel,should ensure that the firing process of the product heat uniformity,to avoid rapid heating and cooling,while optimising the structural design of flat enamel,the use of more suitable materials and strict control of the external environment and other measures can be achieved to control the product deformation purposes.
