正交实验优化膜层变色树脂镜片的变色性能

Optimization of Photochromic Performance of Coated Photochromic Resin Lenses by Orthogonal Test

探究制备膜层变色树脂镜片过程中光致变色染料的浓度、旋涂白料的用量和变色层的厚度对变色性能的影响.以镜片底色、变色深度和褪色性能为指标,通过正交实验法发现影响变色性能的因素由大到小依次为染料浓度、白料用量和涂层厚度,其中染料浓度的影响最显著,增加白料用量对变色性能有益.染料的质量份数为30%、白料的质量份数为80%和涂层厚度为10μm时,制备的膜层变色树脂镜片的综合性能最佳,镜片在褪色状态下的光透射比为93.4%,变色状态下的光透射比为6.9%,半复明时间为165.0 s.
The effects of photochromic dye concentration, spin-coated white material dosage and color-changing layer thickness on the color-changing performance were explored during the preparation of coated color-changing resin lenses. Taking the lens foundation color, photochromic depth and fading performance as indicators, it was found that the factors affecting the discoloration performance were dye concentration, white material dosage and coating thickness from large to small, among which the dye concentration had the most significant effect, and the increase of white material dosage was beneficial to all aspects of discoloration performance, and the dye concentration of 30%, the amount of white material 80% and the coating thickness of 10 μm were the preparation process parameters with the best comprehensive properties by orthogonal test. Under the preparation conditions, the light transmittance in the faded state was 93.4%, the light transmittance in the discolored state was 6.9%, and the semi-vision recovery time was 165.0 s.
