摘要
模拟眼和人眼有本质区别,模拟眼是 1 个简单的屈光系统,检影上手容易;而人眼不仅仅是 1 个屈光系统,还有晶体调节、瞳孔变化等机制,人眼检影操作困难.模拟眼检影是检影验光学习的基础,只有充分掌握检影技巧,熟练检影后才可以进行人眼检影.
Abstract
There is an essential difference between the simulated eye and the human eye.The simulated eye is a simple refractive system,and retinoscopy optometry of the simulated eye is easy to use.While the human eye is not just a refractive system,but also has mechanisms such as crystal conditioning and pupil change,which makes it difficult to operate human eye retinoscopy optometry.Therefore,the simulated eye examination is the basis of optometric learning,and it is necessary to master the technique of the simulated eye retinoscopy optometry,and then human eye examination may be carried out.
