摘要

近视已经成为全球性的重要公共卫生问题,越来越多的研究关注光对近视的影响.通过梳理当前已发表的关于不同光环境与近视的关系及作用机制的文献,总结光照强度、光线波长、光照频率和节律均能影响眼球屈光发育的规律,为近视防控工作提供参考.

Abstract

Myopia has become an important public health problem worldwide,more and more studies have focused on the effect of light on myopia.This paper reviewed the current published literature on the relationship between different light environments and myopia and the mechanism of action,and that light intensity,light wavelength,light frequency and rhythm can affect the refractive development of the eye was found.It is expected that this work will provide new ideas for the prevention and control of myopia.
