摘要
目前,临床上控制近视的方法主要包括光学矫正、药物治疗、手术、户外活动等,其中光学矫正中的离焦框架眼镜,因其具有近视控制效果尚可、配戴方便、不良反应少、没有年龄限制等优势在临床上得到广泛应用.总结不同设计类型的离焦框架眼镜对近视的控制效果和可能的作用机制,以期为离焦框架眼镜的临床应用提供参考.
Abstract
At present,the main methods for controlling myopia in clinical practice include optical correction,drug treatment,surgery,outdoor activities and so on.Among them,defocus frame glasses in optical correction have advantages such as acceptable myopia control effect,convenient wearing,fewer adverse reactions,and no age limit,and are widely used in clinical practice.This article summarized the control effect and possible mechanism of different design types of defocus frame glasses on myopia,in order to provide reference guidance for the clinical application of defocus frame glasses.
