College Chinese education not only teaches students language knowledge,but also helps to improve the cultivation of students'humanistic quality.Through analyzing the relationship between the arrangement of college Chinese courses and the improvement of humanistic quality of students majoring in ophthalmology and optometry technology,it was found that college Chinese education can effectively improve the humanistic quality of students majoring in ophthalmology and optometry technology,including historical and cultural knowledge,critical thinking,emotional values.Some suggestions for improving college Chinese education for optometry major were put forward,in order to provide reference for the humanities education of similar majors.
