Clinical Observation on the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Appropriate Techniques Combined with Visual Function Training on the Prevention and Control of Myopia in Children and Adolescents
To retrospectively analyse the effects of the changes in axial length and equivalent spherical power was done by visual function training with conventional peripheral defocus lenses and the combination of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology.By exploring the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate techniques combined with visual function training on the prevention and control of myopia in children and adolescents,more options and scientific references for the intervention of children and adolescents were provide.After 6 months of combined traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology and visual function training on the basis of conventional fitting of peripheral defocus lenses,the myopia progression was delayed by 41.17％,and the axial length increase was delayed by 38.26％,which was effective for myopia control in children and adolescents,and this technology was worth further study in clinical practice.
