Guidance of Nutritional Diet for Teenagers Based on Ophthalmic Optometry Health
Through a literature review and a questionnaire survey of 500 adolescents aged 12~18,the current status of adolescents'eye and vision health and dietary nutrition was analyzed, aiming to explore the relationship between adolescent eye and vision health and nutritional diet. The results showed that of the 455 people with substandard nutritional intake,305 had vision problems of varying degrees,of which 160 were myopic;food intake such as dark green vegetables and deep-sea fish was negatively correlated with the risk of myopia.Based on the research findings, nutritional dietary guidance strategies were proposed, including increasing the intake of specific foods, moderately supplementing key nutrients, and controlling high-sugar and high-fat diets, which provided new ideas for the management of adolescents'eye and vision health.
