高职眼视光技术专业两种不同培养模式的教学效果

随着国内眼健康领域对专业视光技术人才的需求逐年增加,高职院校在输送眼视光人才方面发挥着越来越重要的作用.通过问卷调查的方式,收集了不同培养模式的在读学生、毕业生及用人单位对于教学内容、自身能力提升、就业意愿等方面的反馈结果,对比"1+1+1"与"2+1"培养模式的异同,初步分析了影响培养模式满意度的因素,并基于过往教学经验提出了优化培养模式的方法和思路,希望为改进高职眼视光教育提供参考.
Comparison of Teaching Effect of Two Training Modes for Optometry Technology Major in Higher Vocational Colleges
With the increasing demand for professional optometry technicians in domestic eye health,higher vocational colleges are playing an increasingly important role in the transportation of optometry talents.Through questionnaire survey,we collected feedback results from students,graduates and employers on teaching content,self-ability improvement,employment willingness and other aspects under different training modes.This paper compared the similarities and differences between the"1+1+1"and"2+1"training models on students,and preliminarily analyzed the factors affecting the satisfaction of the training mode.Based on the survey results and past teaching experience,this paper put forward the methods and ideas for optimizing the training mode,hoped to provide a reference for the improvement of higher vocational optometry education.
