To discuss the application the teaching mode of Trump system in the course of contact lens of optometry technology major.A total of 73 students were selected as the research objects,three modes of teaching,namely,large class,small class discussion and individual teaching were implemented,and the effectiveness of teaching was evaluated at the end of the period.The results of the final assessment and the feedback from the questionnaire showed that all students had a good acceptance of the application of the teaching mode of Trump system in the major courses,which was conducive to improving academic performance and teaching effectiveness.This research provided diverse learning support for optometry students,in order to provide research basis for further innovating the teaching mode of optometry technology.
