为了实现用中温磷化工艺取代目前我厂使用的高温磷化工艺,对市场上知名度比较高的2种中温磷化液和我厂现用高温磷化液的稳定性、操作性、经济性以及磷化膜的防腐性、牢固性与漆膜的附着能力进行了严格测试和详细比较.认为中温磷化工艺的各种性能均优于高温磷化工艺,中温磷化工艺取代高温磷化工艺不仅现实可行,而且提高了产品质量.
Research on Feasibility of Med-temperature Phosphating to Replace the High Temperature Process
In order to realize the replacement of high temperature phosphating currently used in NHIC by med-temperature process, a strict test and comparison have been made for the stability, operability, cost efficiency, corrosion control feature, fastness and stickiness with the outside coating among the phosphate processes of high temperature used in NHIC and other two sorts of widely applied med temperature phosphating. It is believed that this replacement is inevitable since the superior performance of med temperature process in terms of its multi property in contrast with high temperature one. Meanwhile the quality of products is improved greatly.
