摘要
超薄玻璃以其优异性能被广泛应用在各个领域,但超薄玻璃因厚度极薄其抗折抗摔能力也大大减小,因此需要通过钢化来增加超薄玻璃的应力,以提升其强度.化学钢化通过离子交换来增加玻璃应力是一种适用于超薄玻璃的强化方式.本文就超薄玻璃的化学钢化发展现状、存在问题进行讨论分析,对超薄玻璃的钢化参数以及应用发展前景进行展望.
Abstract
Ultra-thin glass is widely used in various fields for its excellent properties.However,due to the extremely thin thickness of the ultra-thin glass,its resistance to folding and smashing is also greatly reduced,so it is necessary to increase the stress of the ultra-thin glass by toughening to improve its strength.A strengthening method which is suitable for ultra-thin glass is the chemical toughening by ion exchange to enhance glass stress In this paper,the development status and existing problems in the field of the chemical toughening of ultra-thin glass are discussed and analyzed,and the tempering parameters and application trends of ultra-thin glass are prospected.
