浮法玻璃锡槽中锡污染成因及其影响探讨

摘要
由于浮法玻璃特殊的成形过程必须使用金属锡做浮抛液,导致浮法玻璃表面往往存在多种多样的与锡元素相关的缺陷,影响产品质量的同时增加了锡耗,提高了生产成本.通过对实际企业产线锡槽中污染生成物锡灰的系列微观表征进行分析,找出锡槽污染的源头问题,由此探讨浮法玻璃上下表面形成涉锡缺陷的成因,用于指导生产.
Abstract
Due to the special forming process of float glass must use metal tin as floating liquid,there are often a variety of tin related defects on the surface of float glass,which affects the quality of the product and increases the tin consumption and production cost.Through a series of microscopic analysis of the tin ash in the tin tank of the production line of the actual enterprise,the source of the tin tank pollution is found out,and the cause of the formation of tin defects on the upper and lower surfaces of float glass is discussed,which can be used to guide the production.
