摘要

基于中空玻璃丁基胶的主要特征,通过分析典型内溢案例,对生产、储存运输、安装过程及环境因素(温度、风荷载、气压等)造成的丁基密封胶内溢的原因进行了详细分析并提出改进建议,并给出从源头解决丁基胶内溢问题的主要办法.

Abstract

Based on the main characteristics of butyl sealant for insulating glass,analyzed typical cases of internal leakage and provides a detailed analysis of the reasons for the butyl sealant internal leakage caused by production,storage,transportation,installation process,and environmental factors(temperature,wind load,air pressure,etc.),and proposes improving suggestions.The main methods to solve the problem of butyl sealant internal leakage from the source are also provided.
