介绍了一种中空玻璃干燥剂钾交换率测定的新方法.中空玻璃干燥剂经研磨、混合酸溶解后,消除待测溶液中铝对钾钠离子的干扰,采用原子吸收分光光度法测定溶液中氧化钾、氧化钠的含量后折算出钾交换率.
A new method for the determination of potassium exchange rate of absorbent for water in insulating glass was introduced.After ground and dried,the absorbent was dissolved in mixed acid,and the interference of aluminum in the solution to be tested on potassium and sodium ions was eliminated by filtration.The content of potassium oxide and sodium oxide in the solution was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry,and then the potassium exchange rate was calculated.
