对跨专业研究生培养的思考

摘要
随着研究生招生规模的扩大,跨专业研究生数量的增加,如何提高培养跨专业研究生的质量是一个急需解决的问题.通过对跨专业研究生的来源、优势和不足进行分析,对跨专业研究生的教学、科研、人际关系和学校方面的工作提出了思考.
Abstract
With the constant amplification of postgraduate enrollment and the increase in the number of interdisciplinary graduate students,how to improve the cultivation quality of interdisciplinary graduate students is an urgent problem to be solved.Analyzed the sources,advantages and disadvantages of interdisciplinary postgraduates,some suggestions on the teaching,scientific research,interpersonal relationship and school work of interdisciplinary postgraduates are put forward.
