摘要
钠钙硅高白料玻璃生产要求严格,全电熔技术是能够实现其稳定生产的保障,通过阐述全电熔炉技术在料方、出料量、加料、冷顶层及电流、计划性停电检修等多方面的控制要求,优化整体工艺细节,在保证全电熔炉稳定运行的条件下,实现了玻璃液质量大幅度提高,为全电熔技术的应用领域拓展提供参考.
Abstract
The production requirements of ultra-clear soda lime-silicate glass are strict,and the full electric melting technology is the guarantee of its stable production.By describing the control requirements of the full electric melting furnace technology in terms of formula,output amount,feeding,cold crown layer and current,regular power maintenance,etc.,the overall process details are optimized,and the quality of glass melt is greatly improved under the condition of ensuring the stable operation of the full electric melting furnace,which provides a reference for the expansion of the application field of full electric melting technology.
