摘要
玻璃窑炉熔化部胸墙内倾现象通常出现在窑炉运行的中后期,为防止窑炉胸墙继续内倾造成生产事故,需要采取一系列维护措施.针对胸墙内倾传统的维护方法存在漏水及设备更换困难等问题,提出在胸墙砖上打孔下水钩锚拉并进行陶瓷焊补的优化措施,通过具体的实施效果,有效地阻止了胸墙的进一步内倾,维修过程对正常生产影响较小,到目前为止已经安全运行了三年多,效果良好.
Abstract
The tilting-inward of the jamb wall of the melting part of glass kiln usually occurs in the middle and late operation period of the kiln.In order to prevent the jamb wall from continuing to tilt inward and then causing production accidents,a series of maintenance measures need to be taken.In view of the problems of water leakage and difficult equipment replacement in the traditional maintenance methods for the tilt of the jamb wall,the following optimization measures,drilling holes and setting anchor hooks on the wall bricks,carrying out ceramic welding and repairing the tilted wall,are proposed.This implementation measures has been proved that the further inclination of the jamb wall is effectively prevented.The maintenance process has little impact on daily production,and has been operated safely for more than three years so far with good results.
