摘要
本文介绍了铬天青S分光光度法测定玻璃工业用白云石中微量铝的分析方法.在充分条件实验的基础上,确定了最佳分析测定条件;对共存元素的干扰情况进行了理论说明及实验验证.实验结果表明Al2O3浓度在0~0.5 mg/mL范围内符合朗伯比尔定律,标准曲线的线性相关系数为0.9996,方法的标准偏差为0.003%~0.008%,相对标准偏差为1.04%~3.95%.本方法能够满足对白云石中低含量三氧化二铝日常检测的准确度要求.
Abstract
In this paper,a method for the determination of trace aluminium in dolomite for glass industry by chromium azure S spectrophotometer is described.On the basis of the experiment of sufficient conditions,the optimum analysis and determination conditions are determined,and the interference of coexisting elements is explained in theory and verified by experiments.The results showed that the concentration of Al 2O3 in the range of 0~0.5 mg/mL was in accordance with Lambert's law,the linear correlation coefficient of the standard curve was 0.9996,the standard deviation of the method was 0.003%~0.008%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.04%~3.95%.
