通过对浮法玻璃生产线退火窑提升退火能力的冷修改造实践经验进行阐述,在不增加退火窑占地长度的前提下,将A区单顺流冷却结构改造为双顺流冷却结构,增加D/F区风管长度、改造吹风嘴结构,成品切裁区安装F4冷却段,F区进风口改造为室外进风等,可提升退火窑的降温能力并降低电耗成本,超厚差异化产品的生产能力也得到提升,达到了降低生产成本、提升盈利能力的目标.
The practical experience of cold repair and transformation of annealing kiln in float glass production line to improve the annealing capacity was described..The cooling structure of single down-flow is transformed into that of double down-flow in zone A without increasing the floor space length of the annealing kiln.The length of the air duct in the D/F zone is increased and the structure of the blower nozzle is transformed.The cooling section F4 is installed in the finished product cutting area,and the air inlet in zone F is transformed into outdoor air intake.The cooling capacity of the annealing kiln is improved and the costs due to power consumption is reduced.The production capacity of ultra-thick differentiated products has also been improved,achieving the goal of reducing production costs and improving profitability.
