将光热转换材料与玻璃结合起来制作成太阳能光热转换膜玻璃,可以提高玻璃对太阳能的吸收率.用溶胶-凝胶法将纳米光热转换材料Cu7S4制备成复合涂料,在玻璃上形成一层具有光热转换功能的复合涂层.通过进行试验测试,制备得到的太阳能光热转换膜玻璃在保证透过率的前提下,涂层均匀、稳定性良好,与玻璃结合力强,具有良好的升温效果.
The absorption rate of solar energy can be improved by combining the photothermal conversion material with glass to make solar photothermal conversion film on glass.The composite coating material of Cu7S4 was prepared by sol-gel method,and a nano-scale composite coating with photothermal conversion function was formed on glass.Under the premise of ensuring the transmittance,the prepared solar photothermal conversion film on glass has uniform coating,good stability,strong bonding force with glass,and good heating effect.
