光伏玻璃作为光伏行业中重要的一环,技术在不断革新.玻璃厚度逐渐降到2 mm,朝着超薄化方向发展.玻璃厚度的降低,导致退火控制过程中难度增加,缺陷增多.通过具体论述退火过程中发生的问题以及对应的解决办法,提出退火温度制度控制的三个主要方向,稳定控制薄玻璃的退火工艺,有助于减少退火损失,提高产品良率.
As an important part of the photovoltaic industry,photovoltaic glass technology is constantly innovating.The thickness of the glass gradually decreases to 2.0 mm,and it is developing in the direction of ultra-thinness.The decrease in the thickness of the glass leads to an increase in difficulty during the annealing control process and increased defects.Through discussing the problems in the annealing process and the corresponding solutions,three main directions of the annealing temperature system control are put forward.Stabilizing the annealing process of thin glass will help reduce the loss of the annealing and increase the product yield.
