针对太阳能超白压延玻璃用复合澄清剂中微量杂质元素铁和砷的测定方法进行研究,样品用硫酸和氢溴酸进行加热溶解,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪,以Sc作为内标元素,同时加入电离抑制剂,可以有效地校正由于基体干扰和电离干扰造成的目标元素信号抑制,加标回收率可以达到95%~105%.
A method for the determination of trace element Fe and As in compound fining agents for ultra-white rolled glass was developed.The samples were heated and dissolved in H2SO4 and HBr.The ICP-OES was used,using Sc as internal standard element and adding ionization inhibitor can effectively correct the signal suppression of target element caused by matrix interference and ionization interference,and the recovery rate of standard addition was 95%~105%.
