摘要
浮法玻璃窑炉烟气脱硫过程中收集了大量固体废弃物,成分以CaSO3和CaSO4为主,回收利用较困难,造成资源浪费.通过具体阐述脱硫灰渣回炉利用的理论基础,计算分析脱硫灰渣全部回炉利用的可行性,经过具体的实验室研究和在生产线上的实际应用,总结出了脱硫灰渣在普通浮法玻璃生产线上回炉利用的方法及注意事项.
Abstract
In the process of flue gas desulfurization of float glass kiln,a large amount of solid waste is collected,mainly CaSO3 and CaSO4,which is difficult to recover and waste resources.Through elaborating the theoretical basis of desulfurization ash recycling,calculating and analyzing the feasibility of all desulfurization ash recycling,through specific laboratory research and practical application in the production line,the methods and precautions of desulfurization ash recycling in the ordinary float glass production line are summarized.
