玻璃基板料方对成形耐火材料的侵蚀机理研究

摘要
通过静态实验的方法,将基板玻璃料方与多种耐火材料进行侵蚀试验,对不同耐火材料的侵蚀程度进行对比,同时研究了耐火材料侵蚀前后晶相组成及显微结构变化,分析了耐火材料的侵蚀机理.实验结果表明:在侵蚀温度不变的情况下,耐火材料的致密度是影响其抗玻璃液侵蚀性能的关键指标参数,在成形设计中与玻璃液直接接触的耐火材料要作为重点考量指标.
Abstract
Through static experiment,the erosion test of substrate frit and a variety of refractories is carried out,the erosion degree of different refractories is compared,the crystal composition and microstructure changes of refractories before and after erosion are studied,and the erosion mechanism of refractories is analyzed.The experimental results show that the density of the refractory is the key index parameter affecting the erosion resistance of the molten glass under the condition that the erosion temperature is unchanged,and the refractory material in direct contact with the molten glass should be taken as the key index in the design and molding.
