摘要
随着大吨位浮法玻璃的出现,传统的堆垛机已无法满足大板、厚板等玻璃的需要.通过系统阐述大片水平堆垛机的工作原理、结构特点、部件功能和优缺点等,指出大片水平堆垛机在大吨位浮法玻璃生产线应用中的重要性,可以满足生产要求,降低成本,提高利润水平.
Abstract
With the emergence of large tonnage float glass furnace,the traditional stacker has been unable to meet the needs of large or thick plate glass.The working principle,structural features,component functions and advantages of horizontal stacker for large size plate glass are described systematically,and the importance of the horizontal stacker in the application of large tonnage float glass production line is pointed out.The stacker can meet the production requirements,reduce the cost and increase the added value of profit.
