In recent years,the daylighting body of building has developed rapidly in China.The lighting body made of Plexiglass acrylic extrusion plate has the special advantages of high overall structural strength,light weight,high light transmittance and high safety performance.The application of high-end acrylic mold glass is becoming more and more extensive.The production process and quality requirement of this kind of mold glass were analyzed.The production difficulties of this glass were pointed out and the corresponding solutions were proposed,which can achieve continuous and efficient production of the high-end acrylic mold glass.
