Research on Adjustable Lifting Device of Glass and Its Performance
It is very difficult to pack and lift flat glass mainly due to poor operability and inability to adapt to various specifications of glass stacking.To solve the above problem,a new kind of adjustable glass lifting device and overall design scheme are put forward.The kinematic laws of the limiting structure in the device are analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for its structural design.The mechanical performance of the overall device is explored using numerical analysis method.The results shows that the maximum deformation displacement and maximum stress of the device occur at the contact between the two sliding pairs of the L-shaped frame,and show an increasing trend with the increase of the opening formed by the L-shaped frame.However,the overall mechanical performance of the device is stable,and its engineering application flexibility and glass product adaptability are superior.
