摘要
由于异型耐火材料砖材质及形状的因素影响,传统的加工不能满足要求.根据耐火材料砖设计图纸,在厂家定制耐火材料砖毛坯,同时设计专用工装夹具、三维软件Pro/E编程软件和数控机床带直角铣头三者相互配合,可满足正常的加工程序.
Abstract
Due to the influence of the material and shape of special-shaped refractory bricks,the traditional processing can not meet the requirements.According to the refractory brick design drawings,the refractory brick blank is customized in the manufacturer,and the special fixture,3D software Pro/E programming software and CNC machine tool with right Angle milling head are designed to cooperate with each other,which can meet the normal processing procedures.
