摘要
在电碳行业使用燃气抽屉窑,可以缩短电碳产品烧成周期、完善操作环境,达到了节能的效果.通过具体论述抽屉窑的基本组成、工作原理及烧成过程,最后试烧结果成功,产品合格率达到95％,满足设计要求.
Abstract
The use of gas drawer kiln in the electric carbon industry can shorten the firing cycle of electric carbon products,improve the operating environment,and achieve the effect of energy saving.The basic composition,working principle and firing process of the drawer kiln are discussed in detail.The final test firing result is successful,and the qualified rate of the product reaches 95％,which meets the design requirements.
