摘要

导电纤维由于其较小的电阻率与较高的强度,是目前行业内研究的热点.提供一种用体积密度法测定导电纤维体积电阻率的测试方法.方法中,先测试导电纤维的体积密度α、纤维束的质量m、长度L与电阻R,再通过计算式ρ=mR/αL2计算导电纤维的体积电阻率ρ.在此基础上,提出通过导电纤维体积电阻率与体积密度数据计算导电纤维单元与绝缘纤维单元配比的计算模型.

Abstract

Conductive fiber is the focus of research in the industry because of its low resistivity and high strength.This article provides a test method for measuring the volume resistivity of conductive fibers using the volumetric density method.In the method,first test the density α,the mass m,length L,and resistance R of the fiber bundle,and then calculate the resistivity ρ of conductive fiber using a calculation formula ρ=mR/αL2 On this basis,this article proposes a calculation model for the ratio of conductive fiber units to insulating fiber units based on the resistivity and density data of conductive fiber.
