摘要
为探明轻质纯碱在浮法玻璃生产中对生产过程和产品质量的影响,通过实验研究和生产实践,验证了轻质纯碱对玻璃熔化效率、澄清的影响,并提出了优化轻质纯碱使用的策略和方法,为提高浮法玻璃的生产质量和效率提供了理论依据和实践指导.
Abstract
To investigate the impact of lightweight soda ash on the production process and product quality in float glass production.Through experimental research and production practice,the influence of light soda ash on glass melting efficiency and clarification has been verified,and strategies and methods for optimizing the use of light soda ash have been proposed,providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the production quality and efficiency of float glass.
