旋转管是丹纳法生产玻璃管成型设备中唯一与玻璃液接触的关键组成部件,通过分析旋转管对最终产品玻璃管质量的影响因素,总结最切实可行、有效的应对方法,进行规范和改进.尤其应用旋转管后撤技术,有效地降低在高温玻璃液长期作用下对旋转管表面造成的侵蚀,延长旋转管寿命,大幅度降低玻璃管质量缺陷.
Abstract
The rotating tube is the only key component that contacts the glass liquid in the glass tube forming equipment produced by danner process.Through analyzing the influencing factors of the rotating tube on the quality of the final product glass tube,the most feasible and effective countermeasures are summarized,and the standardization and improvement are carried out.In particular,the application of the rotary tube retraction technology can effectively reduce the erosion of the rotating tube surface under the long-term action of high temperature glass liquid,extend the life of the rotating tube,and greatly reduce the quality defects of the glass tube.
