光伏层压机温度对玻璃翘曲及电池片裂片关系分析

摘要
通过对实验数据的分析,发现在受热后因玻璃表面温度不均匀、膨胀速率差异导致玻璃四角翘曲,胶膜局部交联后硬度增加,在层压过程中增加了电池片裂片的风险.通过测试不同温度下玻璃翘曲度对裂片的影响,得出温度与玻璃翘曲的对应关系,通过优化工艺参数,减少因玻璃翘曲产生的裂片风险,对光伏行业各项指标及组件性能的提升具有重要意义.
Abstract
Through the analysis of the experimental data,we found that the different expansion rate of the glass surface caused the four corners warpage after heating,and the hardness of the film increased after local cross-linking,the lamination process increases the risk of cell splinters.In this paper,the relationship between temperature and glass warpage is obtained by testing the effect of glass warpage at different temperatures.These findings and data are of great significance to the improvement of various indicators and module performance of the PV industry.
