Energy conservation in building has become an important trend in the development of the construction industry.Insulating glass,as a high efficient and energy-saving building material,has good thermal insulation,heat preservation and soundproof features,and has been widely used in the field of green building.By analyzing the load carrying performance and heat transfer coefficient of insulating glass,selecting the appropriate glass type,thickness and interval layer space of insulating glass,and conducting strict operation,not only can improve the safety performance of insulating glass,but also can minimize the heat transfer through the doors and windows,thereby reducing the energy loss and achieving the effect of building energy saving.
