摘要

从直板机到折叠式机,随着手机的更新换代,推动了手机玻璃的发展.为适应折叠式手机要求,手机玻璃盖板必须具有柔性、韧性,可以弯曲折叠20~25万次,相当每天500次而不破裂,为此可选用叠层复合材料.叠层复合材料是由UTG超薄玻璃和CPI聚酰亚胺类型高分子材料保护膜通过热熔胶或热压贴合工艺形成的增强材料,利用UTG的刚性和CPI的塑性组合成韧性的叠层复合材料,从而提高折叠式手机玻璃盖板的抗冲击能力,将是今后手机玻璃的发展方向.

Abstract

From straight panel phones to folding phones,with the upgrading of mobile phones,the development of mobile phone glass has been promoted.To meet the requirements of foldding mobile phones,the glass cover must be flexible and resilient,capable of bending and folding 200000 to 250000 times,and can withstand 500 times a day without breaking.Therefore,laminated composite materials are selected.Whether the laminated roof composite will be a reinforced material formed by UTG ultra-thin glass and CPI polyimide type polymer protective film through hot melt adhesive or hot press bonding process,combining the rigidity of UTG and the plasticity of CPI to form a tough laminated roof composite material,thereby improving the impact resistance of foldable mobile phone glass cover,is definitely the future development direction of mobile phone glass.
