为解决目前建筑行业玻璃平整度评价指标有缺陷、检测技术落后的问题,通过分析、总结国内外现有相关检测技术,在此基础上进行研究和创新.以玻璃表面平整度和光学影像变形为研究对象,采用峰谷值、光焦度作为评价指标,结合激光扫描技术,实现对玻璃表面形貌的高精度全方位检测,建立平整度与光学影像变形对标的视觉评价体系.
Research on the Flatness and Optical Distort Detection Technology of Flat Glass in Building
In order to solve the problems of defects in glass flatness parameters and outdated detection technology in the current construction industry,this article analyzes and summarizes existing relevant detection technologies at home and abroad,and conducts research and innovation on this basis.The research focuses on the flatness and optical distort of glass,using peak-to-valley depth and optical power as parameters,combined with laser scanning technology,to achieve high-precision and all-round detection of glass surface morphology,and establish a visual evaluation system with a corresponding relationship between flatness and optical distort.
