通过设计原料配方、限定着色剂、控制熔窑温度及其镀膜掺杂剂等关键成套生产工艺,制备出在370~690 nm可见光时呈现出"蓝星灰"色彩的镀膜玻璃以满足市场需求,同时在镀膜器上游位置增加一对排气装置,增加了镀膜过程中锡槽低温区排废能力,避免污染物掉落在玻璃板上,从而解决针孔数量超标现象,降低因频繁吹槽而造成的产量损失.
Through the key complete set of production processes including raw material formula,limiting colorant,controlling melting temperature and coating dopant,the coated glass appears"blue star gray"color at the visible light of 370~690 nm is prepared to meet the market demand.At the same time,a pair of exhaust devices are equipped in the upstream position of the coating device,which increases the waste discharge capacity in the low temperature area of the tin bath during the coating process.It avoids pollutants drop on the glass plate,so as to decrease the number of pinholes and reduce the output loss caused by frequent blowing.
