The wide body annealing kiln is an annealing equipment that is matched with the wide body rolling line.Its structure is basically the same as that of a regular width annealing kiln,but due to the large width of the original plate,there are some differences in the shell width,roller length,temperature monitoring system,electric heating system,cooling air system,and annealing process.This article analyzes the common problems of the wide body rolling line annealing kiln and proposes some countermeasures to provide reference for improving the annealing quality of wide body rolling glass.
