Highly skilled personnel are essential for the high-end manufacturing industry.Effectively selecting,retaining,and developing these individuals is a challenging aspect of fostering new quality productivity for enterprise development.This study explores practical solutions and recommendations from a human resource management perspective to address this issue within a glass equipment manufacturing enterprise,guided by relevant national vocational skill training policies such as the"14th Five-Year Plan".
