β-OH在基板玻璃中的控制及应用研究

通过分析水在基板玻璃中的存在形式及对玻璃性能的影响,进而对基板玻璃中的羟基含量进行检测和计算,分析实际生产中对玻璃液中的羟基含量的影响因素.结果表明:配合料所引入的水分、燃烧空间产生的水蒸气等都会对玻璃液中的羟基含量产生影响,只有合理控制玻璃基板生产过程的羟基含量,才能实现基板玻璃品质稳定可控.
Control and Application of β-OH in Substrate Glass
In this paper,the presence form of water in the substrate glass and its influence on the performance of the glass are analyzed,and then the hydroxyl content in the substrate glass is detected and calculated,and the influencing factors of the hydroxyl content in the liquid glass in actual production are analyzed.The results show that the water introduced by the batch and the water vapor generated by the combustion space will affect the hydroxyl content in the molten glass,and only by reasonably controlling the hydroxyl content of the glass substrate production process can the substrate glass quality be stable and controllable.
