随着玻璃行业的低碳发展要求越来越严格,玻璃熔窑燃烧领域低碳技术应用也随之向多元化发展,采用氨燃料替换现有玻璃熔窑的含碳燃料进行燃烧和供给玻璃窑炉能量,能够降低玻璃熔化过程的碳排放.从氨的基本性质、氨燃料的主要特征阐述,并对氨燃料应用后原始烟气的NOx、H20含量情况进行分析,针对玻璃熔窑中应用提出相应解决对策及方案,对氨燃料的应用具有参考意义.
Discussion on the Application of Ammonia Fuel in Glass Furnaces
As the requirements for low-carbon development in the glass industry become increasingly stringent,the application of low-carbon technologies in the field of glass furnace combustion is moving towards diversification.Using ammonia fuel to replace the existing carbon-containing fuel for combustion and energy supply can reduce the carbon emissions of the glass melting process.The basic properties of ammonia and the main characteristics of ammonia fuel are described.The NOx and H2O content of the original flue gas when the combustion of ammonia fuel are analyzed.The corresponding solutions and schemes are put forward for the application of glass melting kiln,which has reference significance for the application of ammonia fuel.
