摘要

醇氢能源是以甲醇等醇类为原料制得的富含氢气的混合可燃气体.分析介绍了甲醇的制备工艺及醇氢混合气体燃料作为玻璃熔化燃料的技术路线,结合玻璃熔窑二氧化碳捕捉回收技术,认为利用绿色电能通过水电解制氢,利用二氧化碳加氢制取甲醇,采用甲醇重整制氢工艺制取醇氢气体,作为玻璃熔化燃料使用是氢能源利用的一条有效途径.

Abstract

Alcohol-hydrogen energy is a mixture of combustible gas rich in hydrogen produced from alcohols such as methanol.The preparation process of methanol and the technical route of alcohol-hydrogen gas fuel as glass melting fuel are analyzed and introduced.Combined with glass furnace carbon dioxide capture and recovery technology.It is considered that using green electric energy to produce hydrogen through water electrolysis,then using carbon dioxide hydrogenation to produce methanol,and finally using methanol reforming to produce hydrogen alcohol gas is an effective way to utilize the hydrogen energy as glas smelting fuel.
